GOALS

Creation of a support that can support heavy loads, adapting to the geometry of the component it must support in order to distribute the force over a larger surface.

PROPOSAL

One has been designed mix able to resist outdoors, with exposure to the most harmful atmospheric agents such as UV rays, ozone aging, high humidity. Furthermore, it will be studied so that it has a high friction coefficient able to keep the load in position.

With the use of one dedicated mould an article measuring 920x820x80 mm was created easily deformable, with support fixing system And resistant to aggressive agents towards rubber.

In this way ISOPREN will propose an article suitable for support and to the possible transport of special products; able to absorb vertical loads And resist to aggressive environmental conditions.

RESULTS

A has been created support which meets the harsh operating conditions, which after passing the tests was used in the field with excellent feedback by customers.
