GOALS

Creation of a rubber support, whose task is to support heavy loads, adapting to their geometries.

PROPOSAL

One has been designed mix characterized by excellent resistance to the most harmful atmospheric agents such as UV rays, ozone aging and high humidity. Furthermore, it is in possession of a high friction coefficient able to keep the load in position, preventing it from moving.

For the production of the article measuring 920x820x80 mm, one was designed and created dedicated mould equipped with a system that allows fixing screws to be inserted inside the product to be able to lock it onto a metal support.

RESULTS

A has been created support which meets the harsh operating conditions, which after passing the tests was used in the field with excellent feedback by customers.
