GOALS

In this project, ISOPREN he decided to improve your product by implementing it with additional elements so as to bring it to a higher quality-performance level. The article covered is one bag accomplished entirely made of rubber, whose function is to contain the batteries for submarines so as to avoid any possible leakage dangerous liquids.

This improvement will be given by the creation of support elements which must have aoptimal adhesion at the rubber bag so that they can best carry out their duties.

PROPOSAL

The mold to produce the support with the aim of being inserted inside the bag. Furthermore, a new technology has been designed for its creation in order to guarantee themembership and the functionality of the support elements inside the bag.

RESULTS

After passing internal tests, the product was presented to the market and supplied to several customers; these have sent positive feedback to the company.
