GOALS

Through this project, ISOPREN he decided to improve its product through the implementation of additional elements in order to bring it to a higher quality-performance level. The article covered is a bag accomplished entirely made of rubber, whose function is to contain the batteries for submarines to avoid any possible leakage dangerous liquids.

This improvement will be given by the creation of support elements which must have aoptimal adhesion at the rubber bag so as to be able to best perform its task, i.e. absorb any movements and blows without transmitting them to the drums.

PROPOSAL

First of all, the compound for the i was studied supports and the mold to produce them was made.

Furthermore, a new technology has been designed for the production of the bag in order to guarantee themembership and the functionality of the support elements inside.

RESULTS

After passing internal tests, the product was presented to the market and supplied to several customers; these have sent positive feedback to the company.
