GOALS

An ad product has been created high technological content to allow theoptimization of the production phases thanks to the inclusion of a strong upgrade in traceability: the RFID tags, inserted directly intointernal of the article.

PROPOSAL

The first step was to study the possibilities tracing methodologies and select the most effective And functional that can be inserted intointernal of a product in eraser.

Subsequently, molds were created that allow the creation of a new article with ah-hoc geometry and the insertion of RFID tags co-printing them.

This new product entered the customer's production chain with whom we collaborated and contributed to the optimization of its production.

RESULTS

After internal tests And samplings at the customer's site, we moved on to the production phase with successful. Indeed, the customer reported strong improvements in the traceability of its products throughout the production chain.
