Before communicating any personal data, ISOPREN invites you to read this Privacy Policy carefully, as it contains important information about your privacy, protection of personal data and security measures taken to ensure confidentiality in full compliance with the applicable legislation.

Your personal data will be processed by Isopren for the following purposes:

  1. a) the execution of a contract, in which you are an interested part to the execution of pre-contractual provisions adopted upon your request (ex: contact request through the Contact-us form, subscription to the ICT Insider service, etc.);
  2. b) statistical research/analysis on aggregated or anonymous data, without the possibility of identifying the user, aimed at measuring the functioning of the Website, measuring traffic and evaluating usability and interest;

Le legal basis for treating Personal data for the purposes of which at point a) is the provision of a service or the feedback to a request that do not require consent in accordance with applicable law. Purpose of which at point b) does not involve the treatment of personal data, while purpose of which at point d) represents a legitimate treatment of Personal data in accordance with the applicable law; in fact, after you have provided your Personal data, the treatment is necessary to fulfill the obligation of law to which ISOPREN is subject. The provision of your Personal data for the above listed purposes is voluntary, but in case of refuse, would make it nearly impossible to comply with a feedback on a request that you have sent or for ISOPREN to comply with its legal obligation.


Your personal data may be shared, when strictly necessary for the purposes indicated under point 3, with:

Notwithstanding the above, ISOPREN treats your Personal data for the amount of time allowed by the Italian law, to protect its own interests [Art. 2947 (1)(3) c.c.].
