GOALS

Realization of battery seals used in submarines; the task of our product will be to seal off the holes for the passage of the cables present in the storage cells.

PROPOSAL

One was conceived, formulated and implemented elastomeric compound capable of resisting a highly oxidative environment.

Afterwards, the mix it was tested by simulating operating conditions, obtaining positive feedback, maintaining its excellent characteristics despite the arduous tests.

Finally, one was made pilot mold for the production of an article designed to guarantee sufficient operational stability for avoid the leakage of dangerous liquids throughout the life of the cell.

RESULTS

The product fully satisfied the customer's requests, guaranteeing its characteristics and maintaining its operational behavior over time.
