One has been formulated elastomeric compound with the aim of making the snowmobile wheel resistant to different working conditions:
– heavy loads to bear;
– stresses;
– wide temperature range from the coldest to the highest;
– solar radiation.
In the presence of these conditions, the eraser it is capable of dissipating energy avoiding premature physical aging and extending life in exercise.
The Technological & Innovation Dept. designed and created a mold and the necessary equipment for the creation of the first samples tested in the laboratory by simulating real working conditions.
After successful, one was created sampling mounted directly on snow groomer so you can test the products directly in the field.
Field trials have given strong positive feedback and we are currently mass producing and supplying regularly solid rubber wheels for our customers with many positive feedbacks.
