The new cutting table FLASHCUT, which has been in operation for a few weeks, guarantees more precise and rapid processing of the semi-finished products useful for the packaging and molding phase of rubber articles, thus allowing an increase of at least the 20% the productivity of the departments involved, accelerating the design and creation cycle of a new item or modifications to existing ones.
Thanks to a software for positioning the different figures, an optimization of the processing waste is obtained and the presence of a projector allows you to see the representation of the geometries not yet cut on the work table; the cutting plotter, fully integrated into the company's ERP and MES system, can process rubber or canvas in different thicknesses, in plates or continuously.
