SINGLE PUMP STATORS

ISOPREN has a wide range of stators which differ based on the geometries, the compounds formulated for the transport of different fluids, the conditions of use, the contact time of the fluid and the operating temperature; furthermore, the compounds used are all certified for contact with food according to the Ministerial Decree 03/21/1973 and subsequent, and FDA.

The principle of the progressive cavity pump consists of a metal helical screw, called a rotor, which rotates inside an equally helical fixed part made of vulcanized rubber called a stator. The stator is inserted into an iron cylinder thus allowing the fluid to advance in a series of cavities along the axis of the pump.

An important part of our production is the food sector in which we are present with mixtures of natural and synthetic elastomers in accordance with the provisions of national legislation for contact with food or substances for personal use.
