Conical sealing sheaths are a product created as an alternative to bellows sheaths to overcome problems arising in situations where the difference in diameter between the pipe and counter pipe and/or the misalignment between the two is notable.
For this reason they have a frusto-conical geometry in which one of the most important parameters during the assembly phase is the angle formed at the vertex of the cone, a value resulting from the assembly length which increases as the difference between the diameters increases.
This product can be made in the closed version (the union between the edges is vulcanised in an autoclave) or open (equipped with a gluing kit to be assembled if both tubes are already positioned on site). Fixing to the pipes is done using metal hose clamps. Furthermore, the sheaths can be equipped with nozzles placed in correspondence with any outlets for auxiliary pipes.
