Description

The J1-LUX series is the line of single-wave rubber expansion compensators designed by Isopren in 2020 to perform in very demanding conditions with updated technology in the materials used and in the production processes which offers the highest performance especially required for use on military naval vessels.

Our joints are produced with compounds certified according to NAV-70-9999-0028-14-00B000 regulations and have excellent resistance to pressure and high temperatures thanks to textile reinforcements and geometries specifically designed to obtain large movements.

To complete the rubber compensator we can supply accessories such as: counterflanges, stroke limiters, vacuum ring in the required materials and heat-resistant caps. These compensators are able to withstand high compensations, have high burst resistance, ability to adapt to any conveyed fluid and surrounding environment.

> 4 (16 bar operating pressure)

General use temperature:
-10 and +90°C, with peaks of +100°C (variable depending on the fluid conveyed)

Fluids conveyed:
Fresh water, sea water, oil, diesel, water with additives, petrol, kerosene, aviation fuels (JP5, JP4, etc.) and particular fluids (air, drinking water, black and gray water, etc.)

k= 0.2 W/mK
