Description

The J1-ASR line represents self-stable rotating flange joints, which combine the self-stability feature with the advantage of being able to be mounted when the flanges of the pipes to be connected do not have aligned holes.

This item has the necessary certifications to make it usable on Italian Navy ships, i.e. RINA type approval, MED certification and Ministry of Defense qualification certificate.

This type of compensator can be used when the pipes to be connected are not tied to any fixed structure, thus avoiding the risk that the pipes can move with the system under pressure and making the travel limiter system no longer necessary. Even though it does not transmit axial forces in a pressure situation, the joint is still able to withstand all the compensations and characteristics required by the NAV-70-9999-0028-14-00B000 standard.
All the compounds used in this product are also certified according to this standard.

Fresh water, sea water, oil, diesel, water with additives, petrol, kerosene, aviation fuels (JP5, JP4, etc.) and particular fluids (air, drinking water, black and gray water, etc.)
